Save the Sea Turtles

The Sea Turtle Conservancy was founded in 1959 and is the world’s oldest sea turtle research and conservation group. The mission was to save sea turtles from eminent extinction through science-based conservation. While based in Florida, the organization works all around the world to conserve and recover sea turtle populations. Through research, education, advocacy, and protection of the natural habitats, STC has become the world’s most effective sea turtle protection and recovery programs.
